Si è aperta a Vicopisano (PI) la mostra delle foto in gara per l’edizione 2023 del premio sentinella, l’esposizione ed il concorso sono stati organizzati e realizzati con il patrocinio del comune di Vicopisano, della regione Toscana, della Unione internazionale di speleologia, della Federazione Speleologica Toscana, della Società Speleologica Italiana (la quale ha contribuito al premio sentinella miglior foto sfc 23 ed ha inoltre istituito il premio sentinella speciale “Obiettivo Ambiente” per premiare la foto che meglio rappresenta le tematiche legate alla tutela ambientale)
Per questa edizione del contest sono state piu di 180 le foto pervenute da 7 paesi oltre l’Italia e la selezione per scegliere le 60 che sarebbero state pubblicate per essere sottoposte a giudizio della giuria tecnica e per le votazioni online è stata estremamente difficile veri e propri numeri record per questa edizione di SpeleoFotoContest.
Sono state raccolte in un unico album sulla pagina Facebook 10 foto per ogni categoria prevista per decretare la vincitrice del Premio Sentinella SFC23 categoria Web, ora i visitatori dell’esposizione a Vicopisano, che ricordiamo si svolge in concomitanza con il congresso regionale di speleologia organizzato dalla Federazione Speleologica Toscana, potranno esprimere anche il loro giudizio per assegnare anche il Premio Sentinella SFC23 categoria popolare, mentre domani alle ore 21.30 (ora italiana) sarà reso noto il verdetto della giuria per il Premio Sentinella SFC23 categoria miglior foto, premio speciale SSI “obiettivo ambiente” per le sei categorie minori.
The exhibition of the photos competing for the 2023 Sentry Award has opened in Vicopisano (PI), organized and realized with the patronage of the municipality of Vicopisano, the region of Tuscany, the International Union of Speleology, the Tuscan Speleological Federation, and the Italian Speleological Society (which contributed to the Sentry Award for the best SFC 23 photo and also established the special Sentry Award “Environment Objective” to reward the photo that best represents environmental protection issues).
For this edition of the contest, more than 180 photos were received from seven countries other than Italy, and the selection to choose the 60 that would be published to be judged by the technical jury and for online voting was extremely difficult, real record numbers for this edition of SpeleoFotoContest.
Ten photos for each category were collected in a single album on the Facebook page to determine the winner of the SFC23 Sentry Award category Web. Now visitors to the exhibition in Vicopisano, which is held in conjunction with the regional speleology congress organized by the Tuscan Speleological Federation, can also express their judgment to assign the SFC23 popular category Sentry Award. Tomorrow at 9:30 PM (Italian time), the verdict of the jury will be announced for the SFC23 Sentry Award for the best photo, as well as the special SSI “Environment Objective” Sentry Award for the six minor categories.
